You don't have to eat perfectly to see results either, so how can you navigate the language and concepts around eating to still reach your goals while not making yourself crazy in the process?
If you've been struggling to find balance with your diet / way of eating, and you think that cheat days will help you get "control" over yourself, please take a listen to this edition of Fierce Love Friday before you go any further. Often, cheat days have the exact opposite effect, leaving you feeling disempowered.
