Some of the most regrettable decisions of my life happened while I was drinking. And while alcohol (and the decision to use it) is totally personal, I can firmly say that my life is better without it in so many ways. It's been over 2 years since I've been alcohol free, and today I'm sharing what led to my decision.

But the choice to not drink can be totally fucking socially awkward for a lot of people. Maybe your PITA friends are pressuring you or you just don't want to appear rude. Sometimes it seems easier to go along with it rather than to stand out. 

If you're trying to navigate social drinking as a grown-ass adult but you need some tips—or you're on the cusp of going alcohol-free for a while but you need a nudge—this show is for you. Because lawd knows, nobody's drinking wine for the antioxidants ;)
